Profile

The old lady bartenders who once kept East Chinatown's few remaining Bowery bums company are long gone, and their bar is now a neighborhood "nightclub." But the musty, brick-walled space still has that certain je ne sais quoi that screams "basement!", with the pool table providing a rec-room vibe. During weekend parties, a fresh, mixed crowd steams up the windows. When you need a break, take a seat on the bench in front of the bottom-feeder-friendly fish tank.

Good bar in the neighborhood

this is a good place to chill when you are living in the neighborhood... the week end concerts are cool enought to go there, or even to play pool in the back .
