Review
Writer-director Jacques Nolot stars as an aging HIV-positive gay man coping with fading looks, medical problems, the loss of a lover-slash-patron, and general alienation. Despite all that, the film doesn’t feel like a tragedy, but instead a droll slice of life—perhaps a bit too muted and overlong, but often compelling in its own way.
