Sterling Affair is at its best with scrumptious hors d'oeuvre: Couples can choose from great options like salad of white Gulf shrimp and lobster with papaya salsa and raspberry vinaigrette, or porcini-mushroom-dusted sea bass with sun-dried-tomato gnocchi. Prices average $175 per person, but they will work with all budgets.
