Hosted by Leslie Gold, the provocative radio
host best known as the one-and-only RadioChick, The RadioChick on the Prowl focuses on the
single life of New Yorkers, from speed dating to online personal
ads to matchmakers, and everything in between.
Gold is joined by a celebrity host and celebrity guests.. The RadioChick also
solicits advice from a rotating group of matchmakers. Every week,
the show offers snapshot reviews of restaurants, clubs
and happenings in and around the New York area.

 Leslie Gold
Prior to joining Q104.3FM, Leslie hosted a mid-morning show for WNEW 102.7 FM and, while there, created a sexy and humorous format that proved to be a certifiable hit among male listeners. She began her career at WRKO in Boston where she earned several industry awards and emerged as one of the most popular evening hosts in the station's history.
Gold's radio industry honors include the AIR award for Best Talk Show Host in Boston in 1997 and 1998 and a nomination for an AIR award for Best Midday Show in New York in 1999. In 2000, she was rated #1 in the WB11 News poll as Favorite Female Radio Personality in New York and was also honored by Talkers Magazine as one of the Top 100 Most Important Radio Hosts. She graduated from Syracuse University and received her MBA from Harvard University. She currently lives in Manhattan.

Meredith Applebaum
Meredith's Out on the Apple segment for Radio Chick on the Prowl covers dating and interesting places and events where people can meet in NYC. She's tried speed dating, a single's lock-and-key party and a reality dating show, as well as gone to a healer/spiritual trainer.
Meredith is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a BS degree in Communications. She also has an Associate's degree from the New York School of Interior Design. She began her work in television as a set decorator. Her credits include working in production at Curtis Court and Inside Edition. She studied acting at Stella Adler Conservatory and has appeared on Law and Order and Spin City.

The fashionable, downtown girl began the www.julib.com lifestyle column in march 2002. The site - which has quickly
grown to over 10,000 subscribers in the past year — is well regarded as one of the best resources for recommendations on almost everything new and luxurious in the city, including restaurant openings, nightlife, fashion and beauty, travel, home design, and just about anything cool and simple. Today
the juli b column is widely read throughout New York, and also has a following in Miami, Los Angeles, London and Paris.
