Why: Thick, brown hair and nerdy glasses make Bolton, the British curator at the Met’s Costume Institute, the sexiest museum man in town ever since he lent his cunning eye to the Windsor show. “I love it when he starts stuttering about men in skirts,” says Mark Walsh, a vintage-couture dealer, about Bolton’s next show. “Very sexy.”
