Profile
Pino Luongo isn't only a prolific, trendsetting restaurateur, he's also a pretty good cook. To prove it, he's decided to run the show from the back of the house this time at his Upper East Side restaurant, turning out a mix of what he calls old and new world Italian dishes like Tuscan fish stew, sea-salt-crusted roast chicken, and a dazzlingly good rib-eye steak.
Prix-FixeMon.–Sat., noon–3 p.m.; three-courses, $27.50
