Even before you've finished your first Aviation cocktail, you notice the floor is tilting. But the disequilibrium contributes to the charm of this snug, just-rehabbed-enough 1927 dining car. A beyond reductive menu offering “soup,” “burger,” “spinach,” and at brunch, “hot cereal” misleads at first.
