Trendy vegetarians have it tough in this town: There aren't many meatless places immune from that throwback earthy-crunchy vibe. To the rescue comes techno-pop star Moby, who co-opened this tea room and café where the breakfast-to-late-night menu features “teany bagels” with melted Cheddar and faux Canadian bacon and vegan vanilla-bean strawberry shortcake.
