At this stylish East Village nook, chef Paul Chantharavirooj riffs on the Asian-noodle theme with "U.N.-style" chicken linguini, sashimi with cold soba, and the French and Japanese influences he picked up cooking at Patina, L'Orangerie, and, most recently, Union Pacific. And if the 28-seat interior looks familiar, with its raw concrete and Eames chairs, it's because one of the owners designed a few of Manhattan's better-looking Thai restaurants before opening his own.
