A lease battle may have forced Siberia to move from its subterranean home under the 50th Street IRT subway stop to an unmarked door on 40th Street near Ninth Avenue, but owner Tracy Westmoreland has painstakingly re-created the dive bar's skanky-chic ambience-down to the broken toilet hanging from the ceiling (and don't even get us started on the bathrooms). It's a favorite of journalists and the occasional slumming celebrity—like Russell Crowe (watch out!) or Jimmy Fallon—who love the lack of velvet ropes and the red-hued specialty drinks. In fact, it's tough to get anything more complicated here than a Jack and Coke.
