Jean Georges' Steakhouse
Between his namesake across the street and his upcoming TWC steakhouse (due to open in mid-March), the prolific Alsatian seems to have his bases covered on Broadway. Designed by Jacques Garcia (the man behind Danube's decor), Rare (at least that's what it was called when we last checked) will be a fanciful setting. Think: the Bavarian Forest dipped in gold and strewn with red velvet.
