For ten years, Joseph Pregiato has blended photojournalism and portraiture, attracting loyal clientele who benefit from his unlimited camera time. (Much of his client list is built from brides sending their sisters, cousins, and friends to him.) A $4,000 package includes a second photographer as well as film and proofs; you can opt to keep a CD ($300) of your negatives in the end. Ask about seasonal discounts.

The talented London-born Draper spends most of his time in New York, and the rest of the year he’s jetting from one destination wedding to another. Clients fly him all over—from Virginia to the Bahamas, Atlanta to Monaco. His rate is $5,000 per day, plus travel; be sure to book him one year in advance. Couples often opt for the video package as well, which gives them film coverage of their special day.
