  Renée Zellweger and Meryl Streep could have picked any facialist to make them Oscar-night-ready, but they both opted for the skilled hands and machinery of New York–based Tracie Martyn. A native of England and a former makeup artist, Martyn does a facial that runs the gamut—beginning with a cleansing and exfoliation with active enzymes, then moving on to electronic muscle stimulation for toning. When all is taut, she finishes with a misting from an oxygen tank for that extra-dewy glow. This does come at a Hollywood-style price ($287 with associate, $387 with Tracie), but people may just ask who your surgeon is. In between your splurges, Shizuka New York does a thorough basic facial for a wallet-friendly $85 and a wonderful combination of cleansing and electronic stimulation for $150.
