    We can’t figure out why the Bally store on Madison Avenue isn’t more crowded. Perhaps the men of this city don’t realize that it’s one-stop shoe shopping: from casual slip-on loafers to suit-ready lace-ups to logoed urban sneakers. Styles are sleek and handsome, and the prices are remarkably inviting—if you steer clear of skins, most shoes will be under $350.
